Daniel Wells – President

Over 20+ years of construction experience. More than 7 years of project management, which helped to secure the position of Vice President for one of the larger industrial construction companies in the area. Experience working on project proposals, estimates, budget, and client issues, OSHA, marketing, sales and project management in the plastics industry, gas industry and manufacturing facilities. Named the Vice President in the fall of 2007, responsibilities included profit/loss of the group, safety, worker's compensation, maintaining project timelines, sales, marketing, personnel and training. Proven experience in completing installations of material handling systems, chilled water systems, tower systems, compressed air systems, also experience with relocating plants and new equipment throughout the US and abroad. Completion of projects has been safe and on time. Our goals are to please the customer so they will call us back or refer us to their colleagues.

Daniel is married and has two boys. They reside in Allen, Texas.

Tom Wilbrecht - Vice President

24 years in the industrial manufacturing field. 18 years in the maintenance and supervisory field for the largest high-density bag manufacturing company in the US. 6 years as corporate project manager for manufacturing company. Managed installation of printing presses, plastic converting machines, plastic extrusion systems, bulk material conveying systems, chilled water system and compressed air systems. 4 years as electrical project manager for DanCar Industrial Group. Advanced to Senior Project Manager for DanCar Industrial Group for the last 5 years.

Chris Fleming - Construction Manager

Chris has over twenty five years of experience in the construction industry with experience in sales, quality control, customer service and project management. He currently serves as a Division Manager. Before entering the construction industry he got his Associate of Wildlife Management Degree from Texas A&M at Kingsville. He and his wife happily reside in Allen, Texas with two of their five kids.

Jason Allen - Project Coordinator

Jason has worked in the material handling business for 15+ years and has had experience in construction dating back to the 90's. He started off as a foreman with DanCar and has climbed to the role of project coordinator since. He has been apart of the company for 8+ years. Jason and his wife currently reside in Burleson, Texas.

Bradley Molder - Project Coordinator

Brad has 20 years of experience in the Industrial field and 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. He has worked in the oil and gas industry in natural gas distribution serving ample time on the pipeline as a welding foreman. Brad brings a wide variety of experience from the pipeline to DanCar. He has travelled for work over the span of 22 years. Happily, retired from traveling and stationary in North Texas close to his friends and family. Brad currently resides with his wife in Burleson, Texas. He has 4 kids, 3 sons and a daughter.
