Daniel Wells, President
Daniel has over twenty years of construction experience and more than seven years in project management. Throughout his time in the industry. He has gained a wealth of knowledge creating project proposals, estimates, and budget, as well as resolving client issues, and maintaining OSHA requirements. He also excels in marketing, sales and project management in the plastics, gas, and manufacturing industries. Before starting DanCar Industrial Group, he was named Vice President for one of the larger industrial construction companies in the area in the fall of 2007. During which time, he became a proven expert in detailing the profit loss of the group, maintaining safety requirements and project timelines, worker’s compensation, sales and marketing, and personnel management and training. He has proven experience in completing installations of material handling systems, chilled water systems, tower systems, and compressed air systems. He is also skilled in relocating plants and new equipment throughout the U.S. and abroad. He has an exceptional history of completing projects in a safe and timely manner. His goal is to develop longstanding professional relationships that strengthen his ever-growing network. Outside of his commitment to his clients and employees, he is a devoted husband and a loving father to two boys.Tom Wilbrecht – Vice President
Tom has over 20 years in the industrial manufacturing field, over 15 years in the maintenance and supervisory field for the largest high-density bag manufacturing company in the U.S., and more than five years as a corporate project manager for a manufacturing company. He has managed the installation of printing presses, plastic converting machines, plastic extrusion systems, bulk material conveying systems, chilled water systems, and compressed air systems. He has worked at DanCar as the electrical project manager for DanCar Industrial Group for four years before he advanced to Senior Project Manager for DanCar Industrial Group for the last five years.Chris Fleming, General Manager
Chris Fleming joined DanCar Industrial Group, Inc. as General Manager in May 2021 and oversees the day-to-day operations of the construction division. Chris brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience in the commercial construction industry. His expertise includes driving sales growth while managing large, complex projects. Chris is also a Texas A&M Kingsville graduate and currently lives with his wife in Allen, Texas, where they are busy making memories with their five amazing children!Leslie Pecina – HR and Executive Assistant
Leslie has been with DanCar Industrial Group, Inc. for three years. She has worked her way up from AP/Payroll to HR/Executive Assistant. Leslie has an Associate’s degree in Business Management and has a passion for travel and new experiences. She has one niece and three nephews that she loves as her own. One of Leslie’s favorite places to travel to is Mexico to visit her mother and father!Sheila Fortner, Accounting Manager
Sheila has been in accounting for over 30 years and with DanCar Industrial Group, Inc. since 2022. She works with A/P, A/R, payroll, and HR. She has one son and lives in Garland, Texas.Jason Allen – Project Manager
Jason has worked in the material handling business for over 15 years and has had experience in construction dating back to the 90's. He started off as a foreman with DanCar and has climbed to the role of Project Coordinator since. He has been a part of the company for over 8 years. Jason and his wife currently reside in Burleson, Texas.Charles Wells – Assistant Project Coordinator
Charles came to DanCar Industrial Group, Inc. with a wealth of knowledge spanning various industries. He has experience with designing and building glass-blowing furnaces, including creating small-scale electrical systems, overseeing metal fabrication, extensively using 3D CAD software, and designing and building casting molds. He has a defined expertise in building meaningful business relationships with clients and colleagues. Charles lives in Georgia with his son and is working towards a degree in Political Science. He enjoys hiking, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and spending time with his family.We provide services throughout the contiguous United States, including but not limited to:
