Meet Our Team
Daniel Wells- President

Daniel Wells has over 20 years of construction experience. Daniel has experience working on project proposals, estimates, budget and client issues, OSHA, marketing, sales and project management in the plastics industry, gas industry and manufacturing facilities. Proven experience in completing installations of material handling systems, chilled water systems, tower systems, compressed air systems, also experience with relocating plants and new equipment throughout the US and abroad. Completion of projects have been safe and on time. Our goals are to please the customer so they will call us back or refer us to their colleagues.
Tom Wilbrecht- Senior Project Manager

24 years in the industrial manufacturing field. 18 years in the maintenance and supervisory field for the largest high-density bag manufacturing company in the US. 6 years as corporate project manager for manufacturing company. Managed installation of printing presses, plastic converting machines, plastic extrusion systems, bulk material conveying systems, chilled water system and compressed air systems. 4 years as electrical project manager for Dancar Industrial Group before moving to Senior Project Manager. Areas of responsibility include planning, budgeting, staffing, monitoring and reporting on projects. Experienced PLC programming with Allen Bradley, GE, Omron and Panasonic PLC’s and HMI’s. 6 years US Navy supervising electronic repair crews.

Jason Allen - Project Coordinator

Over 15 years experience in manufacturing and construction. He has worked for manufacturing company and Industrial Companies thru out the US.   Experience working on project proposals, estimates, budget, and client issues, OSHA, marketing, sales and project management in the plastics industry, and manufacturing facilities. Proven experience in completing installations of material handling systems, chilled water systems, tower systems, compressed air systems, also experience with relocating plants and new equipment throughout the US. All of his projects have been completed safely and on time.   Jason worked his way up in our organization from a Forman to his new role as a Project Coordinator.
